"Nurturance" made of Ocean Plastic, the 10th in my series "The Gardens Below"
Nurturance, a womanly quality, emotionally and physically 💗
Inspired by an incredible image (see in gallery) by Katie Watson @underwaterwithkatie of Bubble-tip Anemone which she shared to highlight the importance of October...
Katie is another incredible woman of the ocean. She is a Marine Biologist and when she isn't deep in the ocean she is work on Project Seastore doing amazing work re-establishing the seagrass in Knysna and doing important research on why it's so important and how best to protect and reintroduce it to areas again.
So why the connection with October? It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and you may have noticed while I have obviously been highlighting the importance and beauty of life below the ocean I have also been celebrating these amazing woman.
We can all agree there is something special about the nurturing acts of woman.
These little anemones do look a lot like pink tipped BOOBIES
But on a more serious note;
