Sadly this eye candy coloured piece is made from "our" waste which has been carelessly used and discarded.
Its a scary reality to take note on how many single use plastic items surround us daily in our lives.
This piece was inspired by a breathtaking image by Kate Jonker (see image in gallery)
Kate is another underwater photographer who shares her love of the ocean through her images.
She uses her photography as a fantastic medium through which to create an awareness of the beauty – and plight – of our oceans. Images can stir many emotions and she, as an underwater photographer, has the opportunity to tell visual stories about our underwater world and to encourage its protection and preservation.
Framed in a 23x23cm white box frame
