Who do we ship with? 

I ship with Click-way Couriers, The Courier Guy, Postnet and Paxi.

They deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday.

How long will it take to dispatch?

 2 - 3 working days from time of order or confirmation of bank deposit should you select to do an EFT.

Delivery time:

• Cape Town 1-3 days. 
• Other areas take approximately 3 working days.
• If you are in an outlying area we will either ship via Postnet or Paxi counter to counter 3-7 days.

You will notified who your parcel has been sent with via email.

The above delivery times can be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Janet Ormond cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier/postal service companies.

International Shipping

YES I DO!

I unfortunately don't have a built in rate for shipping Internationally.

However you can select the items you would like to ship then I can give you a quote for shipping.

Just select to make bank deposit at checkout. I can then send you a payment link once you have confirmed the shipping price to confirm.

Shipping time will vary however dispatch time will be 3 - 10 days from time of confirmation of shipping with the couriers.

NOTE: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Janet Ormond is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
